Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive tax returns for individuals and businesses.

• Provide expert payroll tax services and consultation to clients.

• Develop and maintain monthly financial statements, ensuring precision and compliance.

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks to support client financial operations.

• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored financial solutions and advice.

• Conduct detailed reviews of financial data to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay current on tax regulations and laws to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

• Lead and support entry-level team members in their growth and development.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.

• Offer strategic recommendations to improve clients' financial health and operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and financial consulting.

• CPA or EA Preferred, bachelor's degree required.

• Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
