What You'll Do:
- Help plan and lead fun, engaging activities
- Host group events like games, crafts, music, and exercise
- Encourage and support resident participation
- Create a welcoming, upbeat environment where everyone feels included
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with seniors is a plus (but not required!)
- A positive attitude and big heart
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team player who can also shine independently
