Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
• Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams, implementing PM/PdM programs, and driving equipment reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and experience managing maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo.
• Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project management experience overseeing capital equipment installations or facility upgrades.
