Experience: At least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience (Luxury or Euro experience is a major plus!).
Certifications: State of Michigan or ASE certifications preferred (if you don't have them, we'll help you get them).
Tools: Ownership of a basic set of automotive tools.
Mindset: A "Hungry and Humble" attitude with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
