Ergonomist

As an Ergonomist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their unique ergonomic challenges. Your responsibilities will span assessing ergonomic risks, conducting detailed analyses, and recommending actionable improvements.

Requirements
- Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics or a strong desire to learn and advance in the field.
- Experience or certification in ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., NIOSH equations, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling) is preferred.
- Display strong communication skills, including the ability to create reports and deliver presentations effectively.
- Be willing to travel as needed and work in various environments, including office and manufacturing settings.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
