Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including custom specifications and delivery schedules.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, pricing, and order status.
• Resolve product-related issues, complaints, and service requests in coordination with production and quality control.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update order information within the CRM or ERP system.
• Provide basic technical information and support for manufactured products, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Communicate production delays or changes to customers proactively.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP or CRM systems for order management and customer data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot product or order-related issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced production-oriented setting.
