Keller Williams Rivertown is hiring a Real Estate Relationship Leader to help attract, recruit, and support top real estate talent within the organization. This is an opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, building trust, and helping agents grow personally and professionally while contributing to the overall success of the office.
In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting talent , strengthening office culture, supporting agent development, and helping drive overall growth and retention. Your ability to communicate effectively, build meaningful relationships, and lead with consistency will play a major role in the continued success of the organization.
Compensation:
- Expected First Year Earnings: $80,000- $100,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Health Stipend

Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Identify and attract talented real estate agents to join our team.
- Team Development: Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to help agents thrive.
- Leadership Focus: Lead with a vision for growth, inspire high performance, and create a supportive team environment.
- Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and provide continuous support to new agents.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages agents to succeed.
- Performance Tracking: Set goals, track agent progress, and implement strategies to help team members achieve their highest potential.
- Strong leadership aspirations with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the company.
- A relationship-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and connect with others.
- Proven experience in recruiting or team building (real estate experience a plus but not required).
- A growth-driven individual who’s focused on supporting others and helping them succeed.
- A passion for leadership over sales. You want to empower your team and lead by example.
