As an Insurance Sales & Service Representative, you'll work closely with both prospective and existing clients to provide outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage reviews, and service requests.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Develop leads and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based conversations.
- Support customer retention through proactive service and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable building relationships and working with people.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience is a plus.
- Life & Health Insurance License strongly preferred or must be obtained prior to onboarding.
