Whats it like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate

As a BDC Associate you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact for answering incoming calls direct customers questions to the correct department and schedule appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry level position with growth potential.

What are the job qualifications and opportunities

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• No experience necessary.
• Ability to use computer systems effectively
• You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS

• BACKGROUND CHECK
