- Just like the front desk at a luxurious hotel, you're on the front lines of responding to various inquiries, coordinating boarding accommodations, and doggie daycare.
- You're not just a "customer service representative," you're a sales consultant showcasing what makes you unlike any other "kennel" in the area.
- You'll get to spend time with our private play dogs, ensuring they receive one-on-one attention and love.

As a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative at K9 Resorts, you are the face of our company. Your primary goal is to provide every client and their dog with a wow experience, making them feel comfortable, confident, and like VIPs. - Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
