Your Role

As a Part-Time Esthetician, you will be the cornerstone of our clients' skincare journey. Your primary role is to provide a range of high-quality facial and body treatments, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our serene spa atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating facials, tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide expert waxing services for the face and body, ensuring client comfort and safety.

• Recommend and educate clients on skincare products and at-home routines.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked treatment room in accordance with state regulations.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and personalized care.

• Assist with spa reception and other team duties as needed.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about skincare and client wellness.

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician license issued by the State of Michigan.

• Minimum 3 years post graduation spa experience.

• Proficiency in a wide range of esthetic treatments, including facials and waxing with Medi-Spa experience a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional, polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
