We are currently seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial In-Market Sales Executive (Full Cycle) to join our team and help expand our presence within local business communities.

About the Role

As an In-Market Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship-building to presenting solutions, closing deals, onboarding merchants, and managing ongoing client relationships.

This role is ideal for highly motivated professionals who thrive in face-to-face sales environments, enjoy building strong business relationships, and want to represent innovative financial technology solutions that genuinely help businesses operate more efficiently and profitably.

You will work directly with small-to-medium-sized businesses, helping them modernize their payment systems through customized merchant service solutions tailored to their operational needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through account activation

  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations of merchant processing and fintech solutions

  • Educate merchants on payment technologies including:

    • POS systems

    • EMV chip technology

    • Tap-to-Pay solutions

    • Mobile and online payment platforms

    • Recurring payment systems

    • Secure card processing solutions

  • Analyze merchant processing statements and identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Customize payment solutions based on each client’s business needs and goals

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline and sales activity schedule

  • Provide exceptional client service and post-sale relationship management

  • Collaborate with internal support and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience

  • Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging financial technologies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in full-cycle sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or merchant services preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills

  • Passion for technology, financial services, and helping businesses grow

  • Experience in merchant services, fintech, SaaS, banking, or payment processing is a plus
