Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in a plant environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs for manufacturing staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives, including safety and operational skills.
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive plant culture.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning for key roles within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability in talent acquisition for production, skilled trades, and technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and performance management for a diverse workforce, including hourly employees.
• Experience with union relations and collective bargaining agreements, or managing non-union workforces effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Direct experience with OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Proficiency with HR analytics and workforce planning tools.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
