This role offers a competitive base salary paired with an uncapped commission structure, creating a massive opportunity for the right individual to achieve significant earnings. The primary objective is to help the company scale by aggressively closing inbound leads, building long-term client relationships, and proactively hunting for new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales leads for lawn, landscape, hardscape, and snow services.
- Generate new business proactively through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Meet with residential and commercial clients locally to accurately assess their needs and recommend optimal services.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and service proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up on quotes, closing deals, and maintaining accurate records in Jobber (CRM).
- Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee a smooth, successful project handoff after closing.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients while representing the company professionally.
Requirements
- Direct experience in the landscape industry is required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, with a strong plus for service, construction, or B2B backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the confidence to converse with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
- Highly organized, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally within the territory.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Jobber or similar) is highly advantageous.
- Must be hungry, competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable taking full ownership of results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $40,000 - $60,000+ commensurate with experience.
- Uncapped commission on closed sales, providing high earning potential significantly above the base salary.
