Full-Stack Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is focused on delivering user‑centric, high‑quality applications across the entire software development lifecycle.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full-Stack Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user‑centric software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack applications, including intuitive user interfaces and scalable back‑end services.

• Define software architecture, select appropriate technology stacks, and determine integration and deployment strategies.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects throughout the SDLC.

• Implement testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices to ensure quality, security, and performance.

• Continuously optimize applications and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI capabilities, to improve efficiency and impact.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, including full‑stack application development.

• Strong proficiency in Java with experience building scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions using modern frameworks and tools.

• Proven ability to design software architecture, implement secure and high‑quality solutions, and collaborate effectively within Agile, cross‑functional teams.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
