We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at our apartment complex. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, managing resident relations, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our tenants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of our complex.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Prepare lease agreements and manage tenant files, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

• Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for increased occupancy and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies and promotions to attract new residents.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of available units, rental rates, and resident information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed leasing targets.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Knowledge of leasing regulations, fair housing laws, and property management best practices.

• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
