Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational goals and new equipment integration.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems common to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data-driven maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems
• Experience with advanced CMMS features and integration with ERP systems
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
