Skiptracing Specialist position is responsible for the finding/reviewing/validating the consumer information through internal (ILMS) and external sources (Internet/Vendor site) etc. This position requires adherence to complex process requirements and directions. Additionally, this position requires ability to work in a competitive environment while sharing best practices at the same time. Skiptracers are expected to deliver high standards of performance and quality, as well as suggest potential process improvement opportunities.

• Effectively review information from vendor leads, google, and other approved sources to locate executable asset information while adhering to governing federal and state laws and regulations along with internal policies.
• Effectively review metrics and work with leadership to understand how to increase overall performance.
• Make recommendations for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.
• Perform various administrative duties, e.g., copying, faxing and printing.

Experience

Required: MS Office, specifically Excel. Ability to search google search engine.

Preferred: Previous Skip Tracing experience, Call Center, Collections, Customer Service.
