The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for 6 apartment communities in the Muskegon, Michigan area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year roundindividual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year of professional landscaping experience
• Snow plowing experience required
