Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.

- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including processing invoices and tracking payments.

- Reconcile basic financial discrepancies and prepare journal entries.

- Help with month-end closing procedures and prepare supporting documentation.

- Maintain accurate vendor and customer files.

- Assist with general administrative tasks within the accounting department.

Recommended Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship experience in an accounting or finance department.

- Familiarity with basic accounting software.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
