Physical Therapist - Home Health

Qualifications:

Required :

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Over 1 year of healthcare experience
• Over 1 year of experience in any of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Practice Partner EMR
• Valid Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan (MI)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with :

• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college is required
• A Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details :

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00a/9:00a-5:00p (PT within this schedule)

Travel :

• Local Travel to residential homes
