采购经理/资深经理-EMENA
核心职责
1. 战略采购及全生命周期管理
- 制定并执行EMEA区域采购战略，涵盖物流、营销及间接采购服务。
- 主导各品类采购全生命周期管理，包括寻源、合作伙伴筛选/名册搭建、入职、合同执行及绩效评审。
2. 合作伙伴及相关方协作
- 管理核心合作伙伴（物流、营销机构、间接供应商），维护长期协作关系。
- 担任跨职能团队的主要采购对接人，使采购计划与业务目标保持一致。
3. 合同谈判及绩效监督
- 就所有品类谈判复杂合同及优惠条款（物流费率、营销协议、间接采购服务等级协议/定价）。
- 制定并监控各品类关键绩效指标（KPIs），定期开展业务评审以推动优化提升。
4. 合规、风险管理及运营优化
- 确保采购活动符合小鹏全球政策及EMEA区域当地法规；主动规避采购相关风险。
- 熟练掌握小鹏采购系统（运输管理系统TMS、企业资源规划系统ERP等），保障流程顺畅及数据完整。
- 分析采购网络及数据，挖掘成本节约及效率提升机会。
5. 区域对接及差旅要求
- 需在EMEA区域内出差25%-35%，包括走访枢纽、审核供应商/机构、对接当地团队及协调运营工作。
任职要求
- 学历：本科及以上学历，专业为商务、供应链、物流、营销、金融或相关领域。
- 经验：5-7年进阶采购经验（物流、营销或间接采购方向），具备EMEA多市场实操经验；有中东非（MEA）/EMEA区域营销采购经验者优先。
- 知识储备：深入了解EMEA区域市场动态及各品类采购最佳实践。
- 语言能力：
- 必备：英语流利（商务水平）。
- 优先：具备西班牙语、法语或德语专业应用能力。
- 加分项：具备中文（普通话）应用能力（便于与总部沟通）。
技术及专业技能：
- 具备采购系统（TMS、ERP等）及数据分析工具使用经验。
- 具备出色的谈判、项目管理及相关方管理能力；能够在矩阵式组织中管理复杂合同。
- 深入了解跨国企业合规及风险管理体系；能够严格遵循公司采购流程。
