Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate classification of all financial transactions.
• Track and reconcile inventory costs and related manufacturing expenses.
• Generate basic financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounting software
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and costing principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting concepts (e.g., job costing, standard costing).
• Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules for machinery.
