• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

  • 1st Shift - 8 Hour Shifts

  • 3rd Shift - 12 Hour Shifts

• PRN Available on 1st & 3rd Shift

• Earn an Extra $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards

• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment

• Active RN or LPN License

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations

• A passion for resident care and clinical excellence

• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset
