Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software.
- Document all validation activities, results, and deviations according to GxP and internal standards.
- Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
- Maintain and update validation documentation, including Master Validation Plans and reports.
- Participate in the design and qualification of new equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry best practices.
- Provide training to personnel on validation principles and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Strong understanding of technical documentation, including validation protocols, reports, and change controls.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation studies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
- - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- - Proven ability to write and execute complex test scripts for automated validation processes.
- - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles relevant to manufacturing systems.
