Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software.
• Document all validation activities, results, and deviations according to GxP and internal standards.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
• Maintain and update validation documentation, including Master Validation Plans and reports.
• Participate in the design and qualification of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry best practices.
• Provide training to personnel on validation principles and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, including validation protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation studies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Proven ability to write and execute complex test scripts for automated validation processes.
• - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles relevant to manufacturing systems.
