I launched our agency in December 2016, building on years of experience with State Farm as a team member, Agency Field Specialist, and Marketing Analyst. With over a decade in the insurance industry, Ive cultivated a team of four full-time professionals who are dedicated to making a difference for our customers and community. We believe in rewarding hard work and fostering a supportive, engaging work environment. As a lifelong Livingston County resident and active community leader, Im deeply invested in the people we serve. Im a proud graduate of Brighton High School and Central Michigan University. My commitment extends beyond the office as a football coach at Brighton High School for 25 years and coach of the Girls Flag Football Team. I also serve on the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Executive Board for Work Skills Foundation. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Krugh - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
