Remote Executive Assistant
Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership in a fully remote environment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, preparing documents, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, communicates clearly, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle email communication and follow‑ups on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate virtual meetings, reminders, and task deadlines
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and project support
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
- Protect confidential information and maintain discretion at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Prior Executive Assistant or administrative experience is preferred
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or project management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
