First Independent Insurance Agency is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our independent Insurance team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong people skills, prospecting/sales drive, and a desire to learn and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop valuable business, customer service, and communication skills while building a long-term career with a respected local agency. Responsibilities
- Develop leads and prospect new business through creative networking and internet sources.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries and connect clients with the appropriate insurance solutions.
- Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available options.
- Support agency marketing and lead-generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Work closely with team members to provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
