Duties

• Issue Resolution: Address and follow through on client inquiries related to billing, claims and coverage.
• Technology Proficient: Use office and insurance software systems confidently to support daily workflow and client communications.
• Organized and Efficient: Manage multiple priorities effectively, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Engaged Communication: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide clear, helpful information.
• Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, communications, and policy updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency and share insight that enhances client experience.

Skills

• Licensing: State of Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license or at least 2 years of current property and casualty insurance customer service or insurance account management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information across diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform analysis of customer data to assist clients with their entire insurance program.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience with AMS360 beneficial.
