What your day will look like: - Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines properly
Keep dishwashing, prep, and storage areas clean and organized
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
Empty trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks during and after shifts
Assist with food prep and cash register when needed
What we are looking for - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic understanding of cleanliness and food safety standards preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
