What Youll Do

• Provide skilled compassionate hospice care to patients and families during after-hours and on-call shifts.

• Assess and respond to changes in patient condition ensuring comfort and dignity.

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team physicians and family members.

• Educate and support patients caregivers and facility staff on the hospice philosophy and care plan.

• Offer emotional and spiritual support at all stages including end-of-life care and bereavement.

What Youll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN Diploma or BSN)

• Current RN license in good standing

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)

• Compassionate heart strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and proof of insurance

• Ability to lift up to 50100 lbs. and travel up to 50%
