Financial Operations Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a multifaceted role, that handles both transactional and financial data work product. This will include reconciliations, funding management, payment investigation, and tracking of vendor management cost (print, fax, debit card providers, etc.). Essential Functions - Development and implementation of the business intelligence strategy through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintain an in-depth industry knowledge
- Identify and utilize multiple types of market information and determine relevancy to implementation of strategy
- Design and implement methods of customer and competitor intelligence gathering and/or evidence generation
- Identify patterns, trends, inconsistencies, etc. of internal and external market data and develop/present analysis and solutions using this data to business stakeholders
- Understand multiple areas of organizational capability and utilize knowledge to support solution development and differentiation
- Develop and maintain relations with external service providers to maximize the cost-effectiveness of the company's business intelligence activities
- Comply with the Company's standard operating procedures and observe timelines
- Participate in the Company's appraisal scheme
- Collaborate with other departments and business units in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree required
- 7 years of related experience required
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Skill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex data
- Comfortable with data transformation and the ability to interpret complex financial models
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines
- Advanced organizational, planning, project management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to utilize and develop additional systems/tools as needed to support project work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,200.00 - $151,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
