About the Role

KIRCO is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Accounts to drive new business, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence in healthcare and commercial real estate. Reporting to the EVP, Asset & Property Management this role is critical to growing our property management portfolio and overall revenue.

Position Purpose

The Vice President, Commercial Accounts plays a key role in driving KMS’ growth across commercial real estate. This position is responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with commercial property owners, investors, and brokers to grow our management portfolio and market presence. Combining strategic vision with hands-on business development, the VP, Commercial Accounts will identify opportunities, lead outreach efforts, and position KIRCO as a trusted partner for comprehensive management solutions. This role requires an experienced, relationship-driven professional with deep industry connections and an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who thrives on building trust, creating value, and driving results through meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Portfolio Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new property management opportunities within commercial real estate sectors.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with property owners, investors, brokers, and institutional stakeholders to expand KIRCO’s client base and influence.
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Proactively engage the market to uncover early-stage project opportunities (RFP/RFQ) and lead tailored proposal and presentation efforts.
  • Represent KMS Externally: Serve as a visible ambassador of the KIRCO brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions (e.g., BOMA, IRAM, NAIOP, etc.), communicating our value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Leverage Tools & Data: Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot) and analytics to manage leads, track performance, and refine business development strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Champion Client Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the client journey by maintaining strong communication, follow-through, and responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of proven success in commercial real estate, with strong experience in property management or related services.
  • Established network of property owners, investors, brokers, and institutional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and portfolio growth.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—comfortable identifying opportunities, pursuing leads, and closing new business.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, skilled in representing KIRCO’s value and vision across varied audiences.
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and financially astute, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborative team member who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can balance autonomy with alignment to company goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and data-driven business development practices.
