Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging examinations using Toshiba CT equipment, adhering to protocol and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, obtain consent as required, and prepare patients; administer contrast per policy and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Position patients, apply immobilization techniques, select appropriate scanning parameters, and adjust study protocols to optimize image quality while managing radiation dose.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver timely, accurate results; document procedures and ensure correct labeling of images.
- Maintain radiation safety practices, use shielding appropriately, and uphold ALARA principles; conduct routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions.
- Communicate with patients and staff to support a safe, patient-centered imaging experience and ensure compliance with department policies and professional standards.

Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- 2 years of CT experience and X-ray experience required
- Toshiba CT equipment experience required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and professional practice
