In front of you are lightweight brass components that will be inspected, counted, and carefully packaged for shipment. Your precision keeps orders accurate, your eye for detail ensures quality, and your teamwork keeps everything running smoothly.
What you’ll handle- Inspect lightweight brass components for quality and defects
- Package parts according to production and packaging instructions
- Count, sort, and organize items to prepare shipments
- Keep your work area clean, orderly, and safe
- Collaborate with teammates to hit productivity and quality goals
- Manufacturing or packaging background preferred (not required)
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability in following directions and quality standards
- Sit-down packaging role in a clean production environment
- Lightweight parts (brass components)
- Multiple shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Starting pay: $15/hr
- Location: Plainwell, MI
