Looking for a hands-on role with purpose? Join a production team where safety, quality, and teamwork drive every batch we make! We are looking for someone to support our 2nd shift operations: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM.

Tower Laboratories is a leading effervescent product manufacturer in the U.S. We develop and manufacture over-the-counter medications, prescription pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, soft drink tablets and other consumer products on a contract basis. We are continually expanding our effervescent product base and currently have several new and interesting products in the research and development phase right now. We are a family owned company and have been in business for over 40 years.

Position Summary:

Operate and set up a wide range of equipment which includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line. Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product. Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA. Tower Labs' production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.

Position Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to concentrate and focus on task under stressful and/or distracting conditions
• Ability to be a team player; good interpersonal skills
• Self starter with high level of motivation
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs on an occasional basis
• Ability to wear dust mask, safety shoes & glasses, hairnet and gloves.

No experience required, we will train.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Thursday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Full time

Shift Availability:

• 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday-Thursday
