Nuts and Bolts of Top 3:

• Creatively build spaces and community to reach, engage, and encourage our church into Foundry Groups.
• Coordination with our Missions Coordinator for serve opportunities for Foundry Groups.
• Plan, execute, and host various Groups events
• Recruitment, training & discipleship for Foundry Group leaders
• Empower our Group’s (and leaders) to be the church to each other and in times of need and celebration care for each other
• Coordinate communication with Foundry Group leaders, attendees and staff as needed.
• Facilitate the growth of individual groups and the creation of new groups
• Coordinate and facilitate the calendar for Foundry Groups and content, as well as volunteers and staff to engage successful and engaging events.
• Coordinate and execute the development of all Foundry Groups content – including training, discipling and Groups questions content.
• A hands-on and active member of our teaching team - teaching in smaller environments where people feel welcome and challenged to transform into the image of Christ.
• Engage in and encourage the Weekly Rhythm of the Foundry Church
• Align Foundry Groups to the vision, mission, values, and brand standards of the Foundry Church

• Are gifted in leadership (as well as leading teams), apostleship & administration
• Are effective at growing the ministry and ministry opportunities while working in the day to day functions of the role.

• Have obtained some form of Biblical Education / studies
• Have a desire to serve others in the body of Christ and see them be transformed into the image of Jesus Christ
• Are a person who is demonstrating a consistent spiritual growth in Jesus
