Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Schedule: 30–40 hours/week

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Budtender at DACUT, you are the face of the brand. You’ll guide customers through their cannabis journey with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction

• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, usage, and compliance

• Maintain an organized, compliant, and visually appealing sales floor

• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations

• Stay current on product offerings, new inventory, and industry trends

• Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong product knowledge and passion for cannabis culture

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks
