- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
- Conduct financial audits and assist with external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Handle full-cycle accounting responsibilities from transaction entry through
- financial statement preparation.
- Manage federal, state, and local tax filings independently.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Proven experience working in a small to mid-sized manufacturing company (preferred over large corporate environments).
- Strong hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
- Knowledge of U.S. tax compliance requirements and filings.
- Proficient in QuickBooks (Zoho Books or Microsoft Business Central is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarina Chinese (written and spoken) to communicate with China HQ is a MUST.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Wixom, Michigan (onsite position).
