3rd Shift Injection Molding Supervisor Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $36.00 /hour
• Third Shift

• Temporary position $36.00 /hour
• Monitor performance during the shift and report data at the end of the shift.
• Permanent presence on the shop floor: daily contact with all team members, close management of the lines.
• Manage headcount: plan the day before people allocation for the next day, plan also on a weekly basis.
• Manage timekeeping in eTIME daily
• Coach GAP Leaders and team members in how to perform their role. Support and help to fix problems. Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours)
• Ensure the respect of HSE instructions, policies, and procedures. Development of the team.
• Participate in the selection and recruitment of line employees (Gap leader, operators, rework ops).
• Responsible for immediate stopping of a line in case of HSE risks. Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics.
• Support commitments established in the ISO 14001/45001 HSE Integrated Policy.
• Reject suspect material coming to the line.
• Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM…)

3rd Shift Injection Molding Supervisor Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar preferred
• Experience in Production Supervision in an industrial environment
• Experience with SAP preferred. 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Plastic Injection Molding

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
