Job Title: Production Support Associate

Location: Hudsonville, MI

Shift: 3rd Shift - 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $20/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting end-of-line production, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining smooth production flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

End-of-Line Production Support:

• Remove finished goods from the production line and stack securely on pallets
• Ensure accurate labeling, counts, and organization of pallets for storage or shipment
• Support operations on the Variety Pack line as needed

Core Production Duties:

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor performance
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Ensure consistent supply of packaging materials (cardboard, etc.) to prevent delays
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Logistics, and other departments to maintain efficient production flow

Specialized Duties:

• Maintain a working knowledge of filler operations and provide backup support when needed

Work Environment:

• Work near machinery, forklift traffic, and active production lines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
• Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment

Safety & Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet sanitation standards
• Follow all company safety policies to prevent accidents and contamination
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
