Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids. This role involves supporting the Account Management team in maintaining client relationships, executing campaign strategies, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the marketing and account management field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in daily client communication and campaign updates

• Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback

• Help coordinate internal teams to meet project goals

• Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation

• Support the development of marketing strategies tailored to client objectives

• Attend client meetings and assist in follow-ups and action planning

• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in client services, marketing, or sales

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
