We are seeking an organized, customer?focused Receptionist for a construction company. This full?time role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provides key administrative support for the Jackson and Ann Arbor location.

Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm )

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers and visitors upon arrival and offer assistance as needed.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Process, record, and verify customer payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Assist with general clerical tasks and office support as assigned.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of clerical experience.
• Construction office experience preferred.
• Comfortable using Google Calendar and Microsoft Publisher.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible working between the Jackson and Ann Arbor location.
