Full-Time Lot Attendant / Auto Detailer

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Lot Attendant and Auto Detailer. This dual role is crucial for maintaining the presentation, organization, and inventory readiness of our dealership vehicles and lot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inventory Management:
• Coordinate the receiving of new vehicle shipments, verifying all accessories and conducting initial damage inspections.
• Ensure all new, used, wholesale, and titled vehicles are correctly parked in designated lot areas to optimize space and flow.
• Replace sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, prioritizing the display of marketable units.
• Oversee and maintain the organization and security of all vehicle keys.
• Lot and Vehicle Presentation:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and trash-free vehicle lot at all times.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer viewing or delivery, including washing and detailing both interiors and exteriors.
• Verify all vehicles display the required dealership license plate frames, factory stickers, and addendum pricing.
• Dealership Support and Compliance:
• Attend and actively participate in required training sessions and meetings.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
• Inform supervisors immediately of any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (or a willingness to learn manual transmission).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
• Successful completion of a drug and background screening.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a lot attendant or auto detailing role.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and computer programs (e.g., CDK, Vauto).
• Excellent communication skills and legible handwriting for documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time or Part time (32-40) hours with a starting pay of $12 - $16 per hour , negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
