Summary/Objective: Luxury Backyard Living/Temo, Inc. is recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a highly engaging and customer-focused experience across multiple channels, including the showroom, telephone, website, and social media platforms, while also supporting and executing a range of administrative tasks. Two schedules are available:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm or
- Monday - Friday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Handle and route all incoming customer calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome customers, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and Installation to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Proactively identify customer needs and take steps to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay educated on Luxury Backyard Living’s products, features and offering to provide knowledge support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School or equivalent degree preferred.
- Two (2) years’ experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role, and/or administrative role.
- Must be able to read and comprehend printed order sheets and perform basic math calculations (addition and subtraction).
- Experience with building permit process, a plus
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of home improvement products and services, a plus.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, a plus.
- Work with hands and fingers daily; keyboarding.
- The position is in an office setting with extended periods working on a personal computer.
- Occasionally visits to manufacturing area, which may be exposed to noise, smells, heat, etc.
