Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire value stream to optimize flow, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, throughput, inventory turns, and quality.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for different stages of the value stream, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
• Analyze value stream performance data to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to ensure seamless integration and coordination of material and information flow.
• Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Develop and manage the value stream budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion a culture of quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring products and services meet or exceed expectations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within production processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping and value stream mapping techniques.
• Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams towards operational excellence.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced simulation software for process optimization
• - Proven track record of implementing digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing
• - Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and interdependencies
