Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high availability and reliability of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage and maintain the plant's network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connectivity for production machinery and business users.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect intellectual property, production data, and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Oversee the implementation, support, and maintenance of manufacturing-specific software (e.g., MES, ERP modules, SCADA) and hardware.
• Lead IT strategic planning, budgeting, and project management to align technology initiatives with manufacturing business objectives.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems to minimize production downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on IT systems and applications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and PLM.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence, including industrial cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects focused on improving production efficiency and quality.
• Experience developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with manufacturing business objectives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or common manufacturing ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, industrial IoT, or automation technologies.
• Experience with data analytics for production optimization or quality control.
