Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations

Proactively follow up on submitted requests to clarify missing or incomplete information

Support part fabrication and processing workflows within the GAIC GPS Machine Shop

Assist with miscellaneous coordination and administrative support tasks

Apply accuracy and sound decision-making in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a business environment; machine shop or component manufacturing experience preferred

High level of analytical ability, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships and resolve issues effectively

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results

Strong ability to prioritize work and deliver assignments on time

Ability to navigate complex projects, people, and situations

Working knowledge of EMS and related processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, or related field

Working knowledge of scheduling and reporting tools such as Power BI, CTMS, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel macros

Understanding of manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, grinding, and heat treatment

Experience providing administrative support for project management activities, including maintaining timelines, schedules, reporting, capacity charts, EMS, and EVOS schedules
