Building Maintenance position available for a manufacturing company in Hudson, MI. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last until March 22, 2026.

Building Maintenance Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

• Will train on 1st shift (7am-3pm) for 1-2 months and then move to 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 1st shift
  • $16 to start
  • 16.50 (30 days)
  • $17.00 (60 days)
  • $17.50 (90 Days)
• 2nd shift
  • $16.75 to start
  • $17.25 (30 days)
  • $17.75 (60 days)
  • $18.25 (90 days)
• Will be using a forklift and floor scrubber.
• The job includes cleaning offices, windows, conference rooms, emptying trash cans, removing shavings from machines, cleaning dunk tanks, mopping, snow and ice removal from sidewalks, etc.

Building Maintenance Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or GED is preferred.
• Experience using a forklift, floor scrubber, and overhead crane is preferred.
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
• Previous building maintenance experience is preferred.
• This job requires slip resistant safety shoes.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
