University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience to provide exceptional home care services to clients in Wayne, MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering personalized nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring their health and comfort.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and care provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing, preferably with home care or community health experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Wayne, MI and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
